1. About Rivea
Rivea is an NDIS referral platform that connects support coordinators with service providers in Melbourne, Australia. By using Rivea, you agree to these terms.
2. Use of the Platform
Rivea is intended for use by:
- Support coordinators submitting referrals on behalf of NDIS participants with appropriate consent.
- Service providers receiving and responding to referrals through secure token-based links.
You agree to provide accurate information and to have obtained appropriate consent from NDIS participants before submitting referrals.
3. No Clinical Advice
Rivea is a referral workflow tool, not a clinical service. AI-generated summaries are provided to assist communication and should not be relied upon as clinical assessments. Service providers are responsible for their own clinical decision-making.
4. Provider Matching
Rivea uses algorithmic matching to suggest providers based on service type, location, capacity, and other factors. Matching suggestions are not endorsements. Support coordinators retain full discretion over provider selection.
5. Availability
We aim to maintain reliable service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Referrals should not be considered confirmed until a provider has explicitly accepted through the platform.
6. Intellectual Property
The Rivea platform, including its design, code, and matching algorithms, is the intellectual property of Rivea. Referral content submitted by users remains the property of the submitting party.
7. Limitation of Liability
Rivea facilitates connections between coordinators and providers but is not responsible for the quality, availability, or outcomes of services provided. To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the platform (currently free).
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law
